Founder’s message

As a child, I loved pink and cute things.

But people around me rejected that part of me, and I remember how painful it felt.

At the same time, I have been supported by the kindness of many people and have met people who believed in my potential.

Even when someone’s sensibilities are not understood by others, what they hold dear still has value.

And when someone believes in our potential, it can give us the courage to step toward a new future.

That is what I believe.

The character 耀 in my name means “to shine.” I have been told that my name carries the wish that I would help others shine.

My aspiration goes beyond shining on my own.

I want to create an environment where each person can cherish their own way of seeing the world and shine as themselves.

That is why I created It’s Alright, and why I will continue to develop Dots.
